CHILDREN OF THE CASTLE

CHILDREN OF THE CASTLE is a documentary film, based on stories from former residents of social housing built in the courtyard of King John's Castle and evolves from The GAFF's Tiny Little Histories project. Researcher, Helena Enright whose great grand-father lived in the development, will collaborate with film-makers, Maeve McGrath and Keith Bogue to create a 25 minute documentary, collecting stories from families who lived in this unique social housing development between 1935 and 1990. Former residents of Castle Barracks will be filmed in different locations inside the castle. The DOP is Shane Serrano and the film will be edited by Phil Shanahan
